HOW TO & TIPS*
Wash
CAUTION!
- Refer to garment care label/tag for special washing & drying instructions.
- Never wash items containing flammable fumes.
- Be sure to remove everything from pockets to avoid damage to the item, clothes and machine.
PREP
- SORT CLOTHES.
- Sort clothes based on color and fabric type. Refer to garment care label/tag for further instructions.
TIPS:- It’s best to wash new clothes separately as they may bleed.
- Wash dark, medium and light colored clothes separately.
- Wash delicate clothes on a delicate cycle. If the machine does not have a delicate cycle, wash in cold water.
- PRE-TREAT STAINS.
- Check for and pre-treat tough stains with stain remover.
- CHECK MACHINE.
- Check the washing machine to ensure it is free of clothing and remnants from the last usage.
- ADD SOFTENER.
- Add pre-measured liquid bleach and softener to allocated dispensers.
WARNING- Liquid bleach and softener should only be added if the machine has a dispenser labeled for them and should never be added directly into the drum or tub.
- The improper addition of liquid softener in the washer has the potential of greying and making your clothes look dingy.
- Do not open soap drawer after the cycle has started.
TIP:- Adding fabric sheets to the dryer, rather than liquid softener to the washer is recommended.
- ADD DETERGENT.
- Add pods, powder, or laundry detergent sheets directly into the tub.
WARNING- Never use more than 1 pod or 1/8 cup of detergent.
- Do not tear up the laundry detergent sheets and/or place them into the machine's soap dispenser despite instructions on the packaging that may say to do so.
TIP:- High Efficiency (HE) detergent is strongly recommended.
- Add pods, powder, or laundry detergent sheets directly into the tub.
LOAD WASHER
- LOAD CLOTHES.
- Load clothes loosely into the tub.
Loading a FRONT LOAD washer: Manufacturers recommend filling the tub loosely (about 75 percent capacity) to allow for proper tumbling and washing.
Loading a TOP LOAD washer: For proper washing action, it is critical to load your clothing loosely to the fill line or below the top of the agitator. Avoid wrapping larger items around the agitator.
WARNING- Filling the washer too full may result in an ‘UNBALANCED’ error causing the wash cycle to last longer and the clothes to not be fully spun out.
- Load clothes loosely into the tub.
- CHECK FOR OBJECTS.
- Check for objects that may prevent the door gasket from sealing.
- CLOSE THE DOOR SECURELY.
START WASHING
- ADD FUNDS.
- Refer to our Pay Instructions for more information.
- SELECT THE DESIRED CYLCE ON THE MACHINE.
- SELECT SUPERCYCLE/POWER WASH, IF DESIRED.
- This feature provides 30% more rinse and wash time.
TIP: Use SUPERCYCLE/POWER WASH if:- You have heavily soiled, stained or large loads.
- You have allergies.
- Your skin is sensitive to soap or other particulates.
- LOOK FOR A NUMBER TO DISPLAY ON THE MACHINE.
- This is the estimated time remaining for the wash. This is just an estimate based on the cycle selected. The wash may go longer than displayed depending on the load size, amount of detergent added, etc.
- SIT BACK AND RELAX WHILE YOUR CLOTHES WASH.
WARNING
- Do not open soap drawer after the cycle has started.

REMOVE CLOTHES
- KNOW WHEN WASH IS COMPLETE.
- When time on display is zero the wash is complete.
- REMOVE CLOTHES.
- Remove clothes from the washer and place in the dryer. Refer to the garment label/tag as some clothes should not be dried in a dryer.
WARNING- If the load of clothes comes out dripping wet, DO NOT put into the dryer. This can be dangerous, expensive, and cause damage to your clothes as well to the machine. Please rebalance the load in the washer and rewash the clothes without adding detergent. This should get rid of the drippiness at which point you can place the load in the dryer.
- LEAVE WASHER LID AND/OR DOOR OPEN.
- Leaving the washer lid and/or door open allows air to circulate and keeps the machines smelling fresh.
- WIPE DOWN GASKETS AND GLASS.
- Wiping down the door gaskets and door glass helps remove excess moisture and debris.
