PAYMENT: WASH CARD

Make sure the chip is inserted in the right direction. The chip should be facing up and inserted into reader chip first. Keep card away from magnets to avoid loss of stored value.

If you lose your “Hainsworth Wash Card” you will need to purchase another from the Add Value Kiosk or receive one from your property manager. Note, these cards are similar to a gift card or cash card. If the card is lost the funds cannot be retrieved.
